The customer is responsible for:

  • Arranging access to the site and obtaining any permissions or approvals required from relevant property owners or authorities.
  • Informing us about known structural defects, underground utilities, concealed services, and other relevant hazards.
  • Keeping unauthorised people away from the active work area and following reasonable safety instructions.
  • Removing or protecting personal belongings where reasonably necessary for the agreed work.
7

Safety & Structural Work

House lifting and structural work involve risks and require an assessment of the actual building and site conditions. The method, equipment, supports, lifting sequence, and achievable lifting height must be determined for the specific project.

  • No lifting height, completion time, or damage-free outcome is guaranteed without an appropriate site assessment and written agreement.
  • Customers must follow the team's safety instructions and keep people clear of lifting operations.
  • Where required, the customer should arrange assessment or supervision by a qualified structural engineer.
  • Work may be postponed or stopped if unsafe conditions, unsuitable supports, severe weather, or other hazards arise.
8

Project Timelines & Delays

Estimated completion dates are provided according to the information available at the time. Delays may occur because of weather, site access, unexpected building conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, supply problems, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We will aim to inform customers of significant delays and discuss revised arrangements where reasonably possible.

9

Damage, Complaints & Liability

Any concern about the work should be reported promptly so that the facts can be reviewed. Responsibility for damage or loss will be assessed according to the agreed scope, the circumstances, and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. These terms do not replace any specific written warranty or project agreement provided to a customer.

10

Cancellations & Changes

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Any refund, advance-payment adjustment, cancellation fee, or equipment-return charge will be handled according to the terms agreed before booking and applicable law.

Project changes should be confirmed with our team before additional work or costs are incurred.
